At EZZRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why our return policy goes well beyond the EU-mandated 14-day minimum: We give you 30 days to submit a return request.
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us at returns@ezzra.com. We also offer size exchanges if you accidentally ordered jewelry that doesn't fit perfectly.
Important details:
- Returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition
- You're welcome to try on the jewelry, except for earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Due to package loss prevention, we cannot accept returns through MPL postal service. Our customer service team will guide you through the preferred return methods.
